The Speaker added a Finance Committee referral for the following:                                                               
                                                                                                                                
    SENATE BILL NO. 53                                                                                                          
    "An Act relating to advanced practice registered nursing; relating                                                          
    to certified direct-entry midwifery; and providing for an effective                                                         
    date."                                                                                                                      
                                                                                                                                
SB 53 was removed from the Rules Committee and referred to the                                                                  
Finance Committee.
